MyCentre philosophy is to provide services and activities as an alternative for the youth in the Hume city area. The following plan illustrates the facilities that are offered on the ground floor.
The ground floor offers a multiple of facilities that are brought together by large open areas. The facilities are listed as follows:

First Floor Layout
The first floor offers an array of educational and resource facilities, activity rooms and new IISNA offices. These areas will facilitate for a large diversity of educational programs that will aim to supplement Hume City Council’s endeavours to provide additional facilities for the local youth. The first floor offers facilities that are aimed to provide educational resources.

The site is made up of 7 individual Business Zone/industrial (BZ3) allotments totalling 8371.70m˛ in area. The neighbouring buildings are of an industrial nature. Under the Hume City Council Local Planning Policy Framework, the development of MyCentre is permitted within the BZ3. The building areas of each floor and the total floor areas are summarised in the following table.
Building Appearance
The proposed design of MyCentre is one that is contemporary and appealing. It has a clear multicultural appearance that will make it hard to walk by without taking notice. MyCentre provides for a high quality community facility while adhering to the local neighbourhood character.
Location
The location of the MyCentre is at 6 to 12 Kraft Court Broadmeadows. The site is well located to access a variety of services and facilities, and is purposely built in an industrial zone for the convenience of the surrounding residents.It is in close proximity to the Hume activity prescient and captures a large diversity of ethnic communities. The location is well situated to access a range of public transport services; bus routes run along Pasco Vale Rd, Blair Street and Riggall Street, rail access via Broadmeadows railway station within 700m and 1.5km from the Ring Road.
The site is surrounded by undisturbed and light manufacturing businesses, which will provide a buffer for noise during after-hours activities.
